I got started on Blogger mostly to chart the progress of the many job-sites the company I work for has. I quickly found I did not have the time to keep up on a daily basis.

As for this blog, I just made it for $hit$ and giggles. I mostly just put the RSS feeds below which are an assortment of some of my favorite sites, international papers, and other funny and / or whacked out sites I've come across and enjoy reading for one reason or another. I take no responsibility for the content of some of those feeds as I do not necessarily have to agree with a site or it's content / agenda to enjoy reading it and to share it with you. The Ron Paul Story

The Ron Paul Story

Saturday, May 29, 2010 – by Staff Report

Ron Paul

In less than two years since its founding, [the Congressman Ron Paul-generated] Campaign for Liberty has shocked the political establishment and taken the fight right to the statists in Washington, D.C. The level of success you and I have achieved would have been unbelievable just a few short years ago. Before the Freedom Revolution, no one in the inside the beltway political establishment would have thought a complete audit of the Federal Reserve would ever be seriously considered. But you and I have proved them wrong. Because you and hundreds of thousands of other Americans stood up and fought back, creating a firestorm of activity and putting the Fed under greater public scrutiny than ever before. – John Tate, President, Campaign for Liberty

Letting Rand Paul Twist in the Wind By Larry Elder

By Larry Elder

Libertarian Rand Paul, Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate from Kentucky, shocked many conservatives when he refused to give full-throated support for the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Act criminalized public sector racial discrimination, and struck down laws that required discrimination and segregation. But it went much further. It outlawed racial discrimination by private actors such as restaurant and hotel owners who refused to serve blacks.

Maddow and the Obamas: Killers of hope, spurs of rebellion

The attacks by MSNBC’s extremist Rachel Maddow on Rand Paul clarify a good deal for me. Ms. Maddow’s position is based on a sort of warmed over version of the 1920s’ Bloomsbury ideology: effete, secular, socialist, pacifistic, elitist, and libertine. The ideology is shared by her fellow MSNBC extremists Olberman and Matthews and by Mr. Obama and his acolytes. Anyone disagreeing with her and them is not just wrong but perverse, racist, badly educated, antiquarian, and could only come from the scum of the earth. What passes for political thought and philosophy among MSNBC’s neo-Bloomsbury extremists and team Obama reminds one of cheeses and flowers — those that stink the most, last the longest.

My Two Cents on Rand Paul and Racism:

If you believe that Rand Paul is a racist I am convinced that it is because of one of the following:

1. You have a fundamental misunderstanding about what true Freedom / Liberty means
Or
2. You are an ENEMY of Freedom / Liberty and most likely rely on the MSM for all of your information. Congratulations on being brainwashed!

If you do not believe in Freedom of Speech for those whose views you detest, you do not believe in Freedom of Speech at all!

That is all for now kids!

Rand Paul cancels spot on 'Meet the Press' - The Hill's Blog Briefing Room

I say, Good for him. NBC does not deserve a man of his intellect on it's airwaves (Ron should also never appear again short of an apology from Maddow). Rachel Maddow really disappointed me. When did blatant race bating become acceptable? The thing that is most disappointing is she knows Rand is an honorable and honest politician (like his dad), who is surely not a racist. Yet she continued to ask outdated and irrelevant hypothetical questions to him. I watched nearly every single show since she started until that night. It really broke my heart to see that even she was a sellout to the establishment. My last beacon of hope in the MSM is Dylan Ratigan...unless of course the improbable happens and she does what is right by making a public apology to Rand. She knows he is not a racist and to imply otherwise is just plain wrong.

Ron Paul: "Libertarianism is the enemy of all racism"

Rand Paul Savages Obama’s Catastrophic “Green Economy”

After trouncing his neo-con opponent comprehensively in the Kentucky Senate primary, Rand Paul savaged the man-made global warming scam for what it truly represents – an attack on the middle class and the industrialized world, as he warned President Obama and his sycophants, “we’ve come to take our government back”.
